Vibrance
We all have those days when our entire lives seem bleak. What was vibrant becomes faded by stressors beyond our control - an opportunity lost, an alarming diagnosis, a disagreement with someone you love and respect. But in these moments of feeling washed out, like someone has kicked the life out of you and you want to crawl under the covers until springtime, remember that there is always vibrance if you can find it. Stand out! Do something different. Dance in your kitchen (butt naked if you have the privacy or not if you don't care). Clear a closet. Wear a color you never wore before. Call a friend you haven't talked to in a long time. Be alive. Be vibrant.
